Hello Loves!
I'm BAAACCKK and welcome to yet another new long-awaited blog post featuring the SUN HOUSE!!!!
Last week I had the pleasure of staying in a new boho modern build AIRBNB for a mini staycation with just my partner and me for one magical night. Located in North Portland Oregon this small but mighty little one-bedroom house sits in the backyard of a beautifully landscaped oasis. It's such a retreat and was so thoughtfully designed and decorated my aesthetic eyes were jumping for joy. From the round dome architecture to the bright white and simplistic but modern finishes on the house I was floored ( if I were to ever own a home this is how I would design it). Did I mention it had a hot tub? Grant and I totally used it while we sipped on our bubbly beverages and ate takeout sushi from a local shop called Sushi Hada on North Williams a nearby hip street with tons of bars, shops, and local restaurants.
The next morning we made our very own homemade brunch equipped with biscuits and sausage gravy and eggs and bacon, well Grant mostly made it all and it was fantastic. He doesn't cook for us often but when he does he loves to go ALL OUT which how can a girl complain? Am I right? LOL, I'm lucky I get to marry him next year...
So I might add I was able to check in a bit early which is why the house looks so clean and dreamy before we unpacked our stuff everywhere. I wanted to snap some images of the serene space " AS IS" which was perfect in the middle of the day when it had the best lighting flooded with bright natural sunlight. One of my favorite features was the rounded skylight roof off the kitchen, it let the most beautiful light in and was so relaxing to even just look at, no joke. I guess the older I get the more I can appreciate simplistic beautiful design. On another note even the bedsheets were lightweight and breathable linen and super comfy, the bedroom was connected to the patio which the portable blow-up hot tub was stationed which I also appreciated. Basically if given the chance I would so live there or at least want to stay again sometime...
HUGE THANKS to the host Naomi for having us and allowing us to stay a night to test out this beautiful space. It was so lovely and even though they don't allow dogs (sorry Kiko) it was still worth trying it out. Now when friends and family come to stay I have a local AIRBNB I can recommend to them that will knock their socks off.

Alright friends that's all I got for you at the moment, but thanks for reading and checking out this post. I hope this comes in handy for your next visit to Portland Oregon. Lots of love!
Till next time!
XOXO
