Hey Guys!
Welcome to June we made it to yet the beginning of summer and I couldn't help but celebrate by visiting this amazing flower farm in Salem Oregon. This past Sunday I drove down from Portland Oregon about an hour south to the farmland where these beautiful flowers grew abundantly, it was simply beautiful. The smell of sweetness and perfume filled the breezy air all around us as we walked around the farm looking at all the different 500 varieties, (which I had no idea there were so so many types of peonies, it blew my mind!). The farm is free to visit and they help aid visitors with parking monitors, restrooms and even a flower stand market where you can buy your own bouquet of these special specimens. The farm store also has a wide selection of peonies bushes available for purchase which is great if you own your home and are looking to upgrade your landscaping. I can't recommend this lovely place enough to visit, I'm so glad I made the time to go and as you cam see by the images above I had a blast, the fields of pretty flowers just made me so dang happy!

Adelman Peony Gardens
Is ran by Jim & Carol Adelman and they live in the farm community of Brooks, just north of Salem, Oregon.
Address: 5690 Brooklake Rd NE, Salem, OR 97305
They are open May 1st - June 17th, everyday 9am to 6pm. You can buy a potted plant at our open gardens to transplant into your garden as any time, or you can order a bare root peony that will be sent to you in the fall for fall planting.
